When you ask for a free in-home measurement, Waterline Floors, a brand of LeadSquad (“LeadSquad”), sends your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and project details to an independent flooring installation company (“the Installer”) that measures and installs your floor. The Installer pays LeadSquad for these requests. Some state privacy laws call this a “sale” of personal information.
We also use analytics cookies. Some state laws treat certain uses of cookies as “sharing” personal information.
You can ask us to stop.
How to opt out
Use the form below, or email privacy@leadsquad.com with “Do Not Sell” in the subject line.
Include:
- Your first and last name
- The phone number and email address you used on this site
- Your ZIP code
We need these to find your records. We use them only to process your request.
What happens next
- We stop sending your information to the Installer within 15 business days of your request.
- We tell the Installer about your request if we already sent them your information.
- We confirm by email when it is done.
Please note
Opting out cancels a pending estimate request. If we cannot send your information to the Installer, they cannot contact you to schedule a measurement. If you still want an estimate later, you can call us at (813) 436-3033.
The Installer keeps its own records. If they already have your information, we pass your request on to them. You can also contact them directly using the details in your written agreement or any message they sent you.
To stop calls or texts only, you do not need this form. Reply STOP to any text or tell the caller to stop calling.
You can use an authorized agent to make this request for you. We will not treat you differently for opting out.
