Every installation comes with our Limited Lifetime Warranty. The exact terms are written into the agreement you sign before any work begins, so you’ll have them on paper.
What to Know Before You Sell
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable. It covers you, not a later owner of the home.
Two Warranties, Two Jobs
- Installation: the Limited Lifetime Warranty from us, per your written agreement.
- The flooring itself: the manufacturer’s product warranty, which covers the planks.
Keeping the Floor Covered
Most vinyl plank warranties exclude damage from steam mops, and many exclude damage from direct heat and sun. Clean with a damp microfiber mop and a pH-neutral cleaner, use felt pads under furniture, and keep the house within the flooring maker’s temperature range if you’re away for a season.
