Who runs this site

Waterline Floors is a brand operated by LeadSquad (“LeadSquad,” “we,” “us”). Flooring measurement, estimates and installation are provided by an independent flooring installation company (“the Installer”) and its licensed, insured installers. The Installer is named in the written agreement you sign before any work begins.

What this site does

This site gives general information about waterproof flooring and lets you ask for a free in-home measurement and design consultation. When you ask, your request goes to the Installer, which contacts you to schedule it.

Any installation work is done under a written agreement between you and the Installer. The price, schedule, warranty and other terms of your job are set in that agreement. That agreement, not this website, controls your job.

Prices and estimates

Prices on this site are estimated ranges for planning only. They are not quotes or offers to sell. Your actual price depends on your home, your measurements, the product you choose, and the condition of the floor underneath. You get your price after the in-home measurement.

Offers

Offers shown on this site, including “50% off your flooring installation” and “$1,200 Off + 5% Senior & Military Savings,” are provided by the Installer and are subject to its terms and eligibility rules. The 50% discount applies to the labor portion of the installation. The additional 5% applies to customers 60 and older and to active or retired military. The Installer also decides whether offers can be combined. Offers may change or end without notice. See rep for details! Mention offer during your design consultation.

Financing

Financing, including low monthly payments, 0% interest plans and same-as-cash offers, is available to qualified applicants through third-party lenders. Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender, not by LeadSquad.

Warranty

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided by the Installer under the terms in your written agreement. It is not transferable to a later owner of the home. Product warranties come from the flooring manufacturer.

Calls and text messages

If you agree on the estimate form, you consent to be contacted as stated there. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. You can reply STOP to any text, or tell any caller to stop calling. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you. Do not submit a request for someone else, or use a phone number or email address that is not yours.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Submit false, spam or automated requests
• Try to get into parts of the site or its systems that are not public
• Copy, scrape or republish the site’s content without written permission
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to LeadSquad or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Reviews

Reviews on this site are from customers of the Installer about its installers and their work. They reflect those customers’ own experiences. Your results may differ.

General information only

Guides and articles on this site are general information about flooring. They are not professional advice about your specific home. Conditions such as slab moisture, flooding and condo sound rules differ from home to home. Your installer will check your home during the measurement.

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, including that the site will always be available or error-free. This section does not limit any warranty in your written agreement with the Installer or any manufacturer warranty.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LeadSquad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from your use of this website. LeadSquad’s total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100. This section does not apply to installation work, which is covered by your agreement with the Installer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
