Should we cover our terrazzo or have it restored?
Both are real options. Restoring terrazzo can look great, but it takes grinding and polishing, and cracks are hard to hide. Vinyl plank floats over it, so the terrazzo stays underneath, untouched, if you or a future owner ever want it back. Vinyl plank is also warmer and less slippery when wet.
