The housing is a mix: single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses, villas and condo buildings. Kings Point, the gated section, is mostly villas and condos. If you live in an attached home, your association likely has hard-floor rules. Florida's building code sets IIC and STC 50 as the minimum between units, and many associations ask for more.
