From Downtown Bungalows to Farm Roads
Plant City is strawberry country, with fields and farm roads around the edges and blocks of early 1900s houses around downtown. Those two settings need different prep before a vinyl plank floor goes in.

Can vinyl plank go in an older frame house near downtown Plant City?

It can. Vinyl plank adds height, and older houses often have doors hung tight to the original floor. The installer checks door clearance and transitions to other rooms at the measurement. Some doors need a small trim at the bottom. Better to know that up front than on install day.
